Pros

Gotta get lucky on your team, which isn't hard to do since most teams are great.

The work you're gonna be doing impacts so many people; it's hard to see why you wouldn't come excited to work.

Cons

Sometimes perks are taken away (i.e., ping pong table, free lattes), but other than that, I didn't find the work too overdemanding as long as you consistently keep working and don't wait until your project deadline.

Advice to Management

I think my manager was perfect, to be honest. He really had a grasp of how to help and support his engineers grow in their careers and personal lives. 10/10.
