Pros

The learning curve involves being able to debug in a white-box environment.

So, if someone wants to pursue a development career thereafter, then they can.

Cool and exciting new features are available every day too!

Cons

Maybe in the pandemic, more so, but work-life balance isn’t great. People expect you to be able to get on your laptop anytime.

Advice to Management

Have a day off a month, kind of thing.
