Pros

The people were friendly, and there were always new tasks to pick up and learn on the job.

Cons

The workload is ever-increasing, expecting everyone to pick up tasks that get forgotten or shifted around. Management always wants to create a competition over who gets their work recognized, and only one person is ever eligible for a promotion. There are also constant management changes that reset your progress to your next milestone.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. They have more to say if you were open to hearing what we have to say.
