The salary didn't increase in spite of a lot of archives
Culture is fair, and almost all employees are good. There are skillful people.
I archived a lot of work in my first year, but the salary increase was only +300,000 yen ($30) base salary and one RSU for one time.
Additional RSUs will be vested two years later.
It's too small, and two years are too long.
I received no promotion even though my performance is better than others.
Salary is too small and the promotion term is too late.
It's a bad experience.
