Once you work here, you start to see the cracks of bureaucracy and unwarranted redundancy. It's kinda lonely in the new/remote offices. Teams are hit or miss. My team was awesome, while I've heard some bad things about other teams.
More benefits, akin to other big tech companies, would be great.
