Pros: - Very flexible work options (can be pure virtual)
- Nice people. I reached out to many Amazonians and almost always received a warm reply.
- Lots of workshops and opportunities with professional development.
Cons: Once you work here, you start to see the cracks of bureaucracy and unwarranted redundancy. It's kinda lonely in the new/remote offices. Teams are hit or miss. My team was awesome, while I've heard some bad things about other teams.
