Lots of information. It has and will be a challenge to learn and evolve how to get what is needed.
Lengthy recruitment process
It was a technical phone interview. The interviewer was great at explaining the questions. There were a bunch of technical questions and a couple of LP questions at the end. Overall, it was a positive experience.
The interview process is relatively smooth. You will have to proceed with rounds of interviews before getting an offer. The questions asked are all behavioral, and there are no hypothetical questions.
All a bit arrogant. I had to follow their process but they wouldn't comment on wage or their environment. I very much got the feeling I was part of the churn. On the positive side, everyone was professional.
