It was a technical phone interview. The interviewer was great at explaining the questions. There were a bunch of technical questions and a couple of LP questions at the end. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I could go on listing all awesome principles inspiring this Company, such as the strong focus on Inclusion and Sustainability. However, the last one (not least important) is that they are committed to strive to be Earth's Best Employer, and what they say, they do.
Cons: Definitely, it's a high-demanding company, but it's predictable to deliver excellence.
