TBH, the only benefit of working here is that you will be able to get offers from better companies with a higher compensation rate if you survive for a while at Amazon.
The environment is too hostile. Your manager plays the role of a police officer or military commander. I cannot complain when I disagree with my manager. He subjectively made so many false claims on my work, and I could not even defend myself.
Apart from that, the environment is too fast-paced with no work-life balance at all.
Compensation-wise, the company pays a very low base salary plus sign-ons in the form of stock shares. This means your superannuation will be too low, and you will need to sacrifice part of your salary to compensate for it.
I do not recommend it at all.
Give up the military-style management.
