Great compensation. Decent, but not amazing benefits. Many opportunities to do lots of different things.
Not for the faint-hearted. There is nowhere to hide, so if you want to work hard and help your customers and Amazon, you'll do well. If you come to coast along doing the least you can, you won't last here.
Not for the faint-hearted; also a pro. Very particular about the way things are done. Not as open-minded to ideas as we like to think. Sometimes arrogance creates blind spots. Rewards the 60-hour week more than it should. Can be difficult to advance without working twice as long as your co-workers.
