A decentralised management structure allows for creativity, ownership, and freedom. The company lives by its leadership principles more than anywhere I've seen, and it makes it easier to navigate decision-making. There are lots of brilliant people in a supportive and friendly environment.
The growth is hard to manage, so you need to be flexible when dealing with suboptimal situations for brief periods whilst everyone arranges themselves.
Keep up the great work. Don't create too many layers of management.
