Pros

Great skill development with a very diverse range of tech skills and frameworks, as well as soft skills. If you have a good manager, you can try anything to attempt to grow your career without being afraid to fail.

Cons
  • Company is progressively slower and more bureaucratic over the years, placing a greater burden on employees to maintain their ability to deliver results.
  • Poor work-life balance; employees are expected to complete the same amount of work, or even more, with reduced headcount.
  • Quality of manager means everything. A poor manager means you can be deliberately set up to fail.
