The interview process was standard for a FAANG company. I also completed a writing assignment. The recruiter did a good job of setting expectations. The interview followed the leadership principles well.

One technical question was asked, followed by questions on how to make the algorithm efficient. Explain the approach and talk about your thinking process. Ask questions to get your doubts cleared.

It was tiresome, but they were very fast when getting back to you. They were very friendly and offered a relatively fair and standard interview across the board, despite the different skills on the resumes.
