The interview process was standard for a FAANG company. I also completed a writing assignment. The recruiter did a good job of setting expectations. The interview followed the leadership principles well.

There was an OA that took about 3 hours to complete: 1.5 hours for the coding assessment and 1.5 hours for the behavioral assessment. After that, there was a final phone screen before the offer. Sadly, I didn't get the interview.

I eliminated at the end of the last tech interview phase. Overall, it is very long. Coding interviews are not that hard. I solved each of them, but for one, I didn't have time to tell.
