Strong process, but too big for consistency
- Pay is good.
- Healthcare is great.
- Managers write promo docs and are judged for their ability at this.
- Lots of culture around mechanisms, which in theory drive less emotional decision-making.
- Adequate work-life balance.
- Return to office policies
- Layoffs, some silent, with no announcement
- Some teams have terrible work-life balance
- Culture encourages tech debt
Eliminate processes that have an immeasurable impact and seek out poor employee experiences to improve end-customer products. Collapsing teams don’t deliver.
