Almost anyone and everyone can get a job there.
Mandatory overtime is garbage. Prime Week and peak seasons are awful, and you won't see your family at all. Expectations are beyond what a normal person should be doing for 40 hours. Schedules change for what seems like only one guy. Breaks are "10 minutes, and 5 for travel." They do breaks from scan to scan, not logging off and logging back on. And everything is micromanaged, just short of how many times you breathe.

Software Engineer
Three hours loop. First round was: * Two DSA questions. Second round was: * One LLD (30 mins) and LP. Third round was LP for 1 hour. Asked about Breadth First Search, Queues, stacks, etc.
Frontend Engineer Interview
The process was pretty good overall. I had a mix of frontend questions and some LeetCode-style questions. The entire process took about two months end-to-end. The bar raiser was a bit of a wild card, but the overall experience was positive.
