Promotion is left up to the manager. If the manager wants to promote you, you can get promoted from L4 to L5 in 15 months, but otherwise, they can keep you at L4 for more than 3 years.
No benefits to begin with. Recently, they cut down on coffee.

Standard OA + 3 interview superday. Questions were easier than I expected, but it is going to be an Amazon interview regardless. Focus on Amazon tagged and behavioral. The OOD round should be straightforward.
3 Medium/Easy Leetcode Problems. Some questions are not straightforward, and interviewers can be misleading. 1 Easy System Level Design Question. Some interviewers are good; others have one way to solve the problem.
