Some of the benefits and policies are outdated, and some of the internal tooling could definitely be improved.
Creating mechanisms and incentives to document and share organizational knowledge is key.

Systems Development Engineer
Great interview process. There were two interviews, each one hour and back-to-back. One interview focused on behavioral questions, and the other was technical. This was very difficult, but I got lucky with good interviewers.
