The ability to work in a quick and agile development structure with actual leadership backup. I came from a company prior that left me consistently wondering when leadership would negatively impact my job. That hasn't happened at AWS, and I've only ever been encouraged.
If you let yourself, you do run short on time and can feel overwhelmed.
Know that your employees are trying. Sometimes a little encouragement and transparency on a project will maximize morale.

Systems Development Engineer
Great interview process. There were two interviews, each one hour and back-to-back. One interview focused on behavioral questions, and the other was technical. This was very difficult, but I got lucky with good interviewers.
