The ability to work in a quick and agile development structure with actual leadership backup. I came from a company prior that left me consistently wondering when leadership would negatively impact my job. That hasn't happened at AWS, and I've only ever been encouraged.
If you let yourself, you do run short on time and can feel overwhelmed.
Know that your employees are trying. Sometimes a little encouragement and transparency on a project will maximize morale.

Systems Development Engineer
First round: Initial online assessment with two LeetCode Easy coding questions. Second round: Technical round, consisting of a 30-minute coding session and a 30-minute behavioral session. I was rejected at round two.
