The work is interesting. It is very fast-paced and technical. AWS is an amazing technological achievement.
There is a lot of homegrown code. The problem is that it is sometimes buggy and not thoroughly documented or supported.
Don't eat your young.
When problems occur, there is a tendency to find scapegoats.
