Pros and cons
My team is great. They offer flexible hours. They support work-life balance. I have a wonderful manager. There's an ability to work from home. We have team activities every once in a while. Most team members help each other out when help is needed.

Some other teams are not so good.
Normal cons for a big software company.
Sometimes on call on weekends (during the day, once or twice a month).
Lots of benefits for USA team members compared to non-USA team members.
