The best company I've worked for so far
If you fit in and do fine work, there's nothing for you to worry about anymore.
It's common to switch roles if you feel you want something new, but you can stay at Amazon. They take care of you.
There's a policy of letting you go if you challenge them with the fact that you're getting better offers from other companies. In a sense, I understand. But everybody is expendable (at least at standard levels, not sure about top management). Plain monetary compensation is not on par with the other big 5s.
Communicate a clearer direction and prepare employees if there are going to be reorganizations. They often come as a ground-shaking surprise.
