An exciting, dynamic company to work for. The directors and founders were always willing to listen. It was a pleasure to work for Low6, and I left unfortunately due to family commitments.
The only thing I'd say is that the company has high standards and expects them to be achieved. Not really a con, as I suppose you should always strive to improve your standards.
Straightforward. First, an online assessment, then behavioral questions, then I was invited to the interview. The interview was smooth, with typical questions. I used the STAR method. They responded with the offer a couple of days later. The process
3 interviews over the phone. Fairly straightforward and informative. All done remotely. The first two were with a recruiter. The last stage was with a team member. It was well-organized and, overall, a very positive experience.
They started off asking really basic questions. There were 3 rounds of interviews, and it seemed pretty chill. But then, throughout to the latest interviews, they started getting more difficult and hard-hitting.
