It was fairly simple. Got initial interview call from HR. He scheduled 30 mins of tech interview with the team I was part of. Asked me 3-4 questions on data structures, SQL, strings and Java. Got an offer.

Pros: The people I worked with were some of the nicest people around and were always willing to help me. When looking for resources external to my team, I found everyone was also open to helping. The culture is very open, which I've heard is the opposite of many companies.
Cons: Obviously, AMD is not doing so well. This is the biggest con at the moment, since the situation tends to hold morale down a little.
