Pros: Good benefits and reasonable pay for this sort of work. The culture is dependent on the team, but I had a great experience with all my coworkers. There are good opportunities to contribute significantly to different projects (depending on your skill level).
Cons: Sometimes expect good amounts of overtime, depending on your team and project, especially if you are near a major milestone (product release, etc.).
The company itself also seems to be growing at a slower pace compared to competitors.
Salary is slightly lower than competitors.
