Pros: Most of the quarterly all-hands meetings, interfacing with executives, seem pretty transparent. They tell it --- close to how it is. More execs should be like Forrest, who is in charge of the Datacenter.
Cons: When certain execs hype their own product lines and numbers to the employee base in a self-serving way, it comes off politician-like. It's as if another year of employment is like an election cycle. This is not the kind of behavior that should be role-modeled.
