The standard interview process consisted of 6 rounds of interviews. The questions were analytical and tested system-level concepts. HR contacted me almost a week after the interviews.

They are looking for people who can grasp various technical concepts and are also technically strong. Automation experience in languages such as Python and Perl was recommended.
