Pros: Supportive managers, university and co-op program staff. Co-op projects are assigned so that work has impact and meaning. Great opportunities for interns to convert to full-time with the support of the intern program staff.

Cons: Seem to be reducing recruiting presence.

Pros: 1. Great colleagues. 2. Supports work from home. 3. Gives good hardware infrastructure to work with, which makes it easier.

Cons: 1. Terrible pay, at least in my department. 2. Not able to work on "coop projects" to improve workflow and get things done better. Instead, have to use inefficient methods. 3. Large feedback time loops, which mean you are stuck at a point for the whole day. 4. Cannot complain; it is the problem of engineers as they are struggling to work on their own with the number of tasks. 5. Have to be with the team using efficient methods, or else we miss deadlines.

Pros: - Worked on a wide range of projects. - Flexible hours. - Helpful coworkers.

Cons: - Can sometimes have to complete a lot of work in a short period of time.
