The interview process is a bit tough, as they are looking for a very select few individuals who are genuinely interested in or have already completed similar work. The work culture appeared great, but the current office in Bangalore seemed a bit small. However, each person has a good deal of privacy and their own cube.
The process began with a call from a recruiter, who then scheduled a phone screen with an engineer working on the project for which hiring was taking place. The initial questions aimed to establish a basic understanding of their requirements and to determine if my profile warranted moving to the next round of discussions. Following this, there was a deeper exploration of the work I would need to handle and my approach to accomplishing it.
The culture seemed serious, with a quiet atmosphere and good soundproofing to mitigate the noise from keyboards and movement. You could sense that these individuals are focused and diligently working to find solutions for significant challenges. :)
