I applied online, and their recruiter called me the next week. She conducted a general screening phone interview, asking about my background and work experience.
Then, she scheduled an on-site interview.
The on-site interview was in their Markham office and lasted about 3 hours. The first hour was with a panel of three interviewers. They asked for more details about my past work experience and posed some technical questions related to operating systems.
The next two hours involved a coding test for a multi-threading question in C, which I did not perform well on. To be fair, the coding test was straightforward. I solved the problem after I got home, but I didn't perform well during the interview itself.
