Process
The interview was so long. It took three hours, including three one-hour interview sessions. I interviewed with two senior engineers and also the team manager. The senior engineers focused mostly on technical questions, and the manager on behavioral questions. It was a bit frustrating to talk for that long and express evaluations in different aspects.
