Frequent OT and working on weekends are needed to accomplish assigned tasks and projects, and no compensation will be given. Work-life balance is non-existent.
Slow career progression in certain departments, despite working harder than others.
Demoralizing when you see your friends in other companies promoted to manager or senior engineer while you are still a junior engineer.
If you cherish your health and want to have better career progression, please look elsewhere.
Building facilities are rundown and frequently break down.
