Advice to Management

Technically, it seems like one of the best product companies, but retaining and nurturing senior talent, especially in high-value geographies, needs to improve a lot. It needs to become more flexible and create career rotation opportunities. Finally, the return on investment for leadership roles during APU developments needs to improve in terms of recognition, benefits, and policies.

It needs to review its management functioning style for high-value geographies.
