Wonderful people, challenging work
Great community, full of intelligent and talented employees. There's always lots of room for personal growth through challenging work, and I feel a lot of mutual respect between my teammates. I'm very proud of the products we create.
The workflow feels a little disorganized at times. The company needs to invest in more real estate; cube and office space at multiple sites are shrinking.
Find a way to enhance cooperation between teams.
If members from different teams can learn about each other's problems, we can try to find ways to create a mutually beneficial relationship.
Additionally, invest in writing better documentation and other resources for complex hardware topics.
