Good company, not sure where the future leads
Good benefits and reasonable pay for this sort of work. The culture is dependent on the team, but I had a great experience with all my coworkers. There are good opportunities to contribute significantly to different projects (depending on your skill level).
Sometimes expect good amounts of overtime, depending on your team and project, especially if you are near a major milestone (product release, etc.).
The company itself also seems to be growing at a slower pace compared to competitors.
Salary is slightly lower than competitors.
