OMG: So much potential, so much dead weight
- Remote friendly is the only pro.
- HW teams make great stuff.
- Software teams are the worst.
- The worst management I've ever seen. Lifers who don't know about any of the latest tech innovations run everything, and only hire D and F level management.
- Nvidia shows how it can be done, but AMD management is more worried about resting and vesting.
- Less than zero innovation.
- Top software engineers literally know nothing about modern software best practices or how to build anything.
- Mostly hire junior, clueless software engineers who don't know better on how to really build things, and management railroads their careers so they are unable to leave with any viable skills.
Fire yourselves.
