Pretty good environment to work in. Easily get bored
- A great way to get your feet wet for beginners and to understand the semiconductor industry.

- Don't find much opportunity for personal improvement and career path.
- Work could be repetitive and boring after a short while.
- The computer/microprocessor market is extremely tough these days; the company is struggling to survive.
