Senior Management makes money even when the company as a whole is not doing great. It needs dedication and support from higher management to understand infrastructural deficiencies and the need for more manpower for understaffed groups.
Please think about the root workforce which helps you to create bucks that earn you compensations in millions when a company is in debt. Before firing an employee, think about reducing your compensation. A small percentage reduction can save a lot of jobs.
