Kind of okay
- Great colleagues.
- Supports work from home.
- Gives good hardware infrastructure to work with, which makes it easier.
- Terrible pay, at least in my department.
- Not able to work on "coop projects" to improve workflow and get things done better. Instead, have to use inefficient methods.
- Large feedback time loops, which mean you are stuck at a point for the whole day.
- Cannot complain; it is the problem of engineers as they are struggling to work on their own with the number of tasks.
- Have to be with the team using efficient methods, or else we miss deadlines.
