Informal culture.

Seasonal kind of work stress.

Cons

Top leadership can talk a lot but do very little. Top leadership cannot deliver results, hence they retrench lower levels. They blame all failures on the macro environment. It's kind of a headless chicken now.

Advice to Management

If AMD wants to succeed, please learn to value employees like pioneer CEO, Jerry Sanders.

If top leadership thinks employees are dispensable, then likewise employees will also think the company is dispensable.
