They have free, unlimited coffee inside the campus. That's all I can say.
Ever since I joined, I have seen lots of layoffs. Last year, they laid off 7% of the workforce, which is 1200 people. They laid off 3000 people in the year 2012. The company is not stable. Management has no clue, and I have seen them browsing YouTube, etc. After I left this company, there was another big round of layoffs. They even laid off their CIO and CTO recently. I have not learned anything, as there was no work in the first place.
Stop hiring people until your company becomes very stable.
