Work-life balance is good.
Salaries are not competitive. The amount of micromanagement is increasing day by day. Perks in Xilinx were much better. After AMD acquired Xilinx, I can see the difference. Subsidized lunch, no transportation facility.
Focus on giving better compensations first.
The rest can wait.
