While some of the tech is innovative, AMD needs to be more customer-centric. AMD also needs to start thinking decades ahead if it wants to survive, rather than thinking of the next quarter and pleasing Wall St., who are not the customers.
Employee culture and morale is fairly low after repeated lay-offs. It's imperative to keep employees motivated and happy, or they will lose all the good ones. Focus on customers, decades ahead, and employees.
