AMD was a great place to start my career, and I had a positive experience for the following reasons:
- There are a lot of opportunities to grow, and the community here is very helpful.
- The community and team are great, with a lot of team activities and team lunches to take a break and hang out.
- There is extra paid time off with "recharge days".
- The pay is starting to get competitive as of 2022+.
Long work hours occasionally, as with any other company.
Continue to make salaries competitive for new graduates.
