If you can ignore the office politics, working here can be a rewarding experience and pay
Get to work on the code down to intricate detail. Helpful coworkers. Work gym. Flexible hours. Team events. Access to newest ASICs and debug boards.
Office politics.
The codebase is way too large for an intern to absorb in 16 months.
It's hard to gain trust, and coworkers are generally averse to change that risks breaking the code.
Make sure to give engineers enough space and work.
