Great people, depending on the team.
Interesting work, depending on the team.
For the most part, people are honest and there's no BS.
Decent work-life balance.
Compensation is low, especially compared to California and Texas, even when take-home pay and cost of living are factored in.
Compensation should be improved to reduce turnover, and because Toronto/Markham has a very high cost of living.

Three interviewers, three questions. Applied and got an interview within a couple of days, after which I attended. Very lax in terms of severity and brevity, but an enjoyable experience nonetheless, all factors accounted for.
