I am still at the first level, and I was interviewed by an HR Manager. I was told I'd be contacted for the next step, and I am still waiting.

The interviewer asked only behavior questions. For example, they asked me to describe a time at school where I had a conflict in a group project and how I solved it. They did not ask about any of my experiences on teams and projects listed on my res

This was an interview from my school's co-op program. The interviewer asked about my past experience and questions regarding the technologies I've used. They did not ask LC-style questions.
