A good company to gain knowledge from
Work culture is good.
It is a great benefit for freshers to start their career.
The pay structure is not very appreciable.
Low pay grades compare to the market for existing employees.
I feel it would be good if management could match the existing employee's payment to the market standards.

It was a very tough round of interviews. I was able to make it through. There were a lot of questions from VLSI and digital electronics, as well as questions related to the job description.
