I talked to a recruiter at a college career fair and scheduled an interview on the spot. A few days later, I completed this hour-long interview over a Teams call. It consisted of basic behavioral questions and a simple coding problem. A week after, I got invited to interview on-site in Fort Worth. They flew me out a few weeks later along with other candidates. This consisted of a 45-minute behavioral interview, a 45-minute coding problem, and a tour of the campus. Over a month later, I got a rejection email.
